Grayson Hobby charges all our
customers only enough for shipping/handling to cover our costs for shipping and
packing materials. We are always reluctant to raise our shipping and handling
charge, but due to increases in shipping accross the board by all carriers
in 2007/2008 we had to readjust our policy effective Jan 1,
2008.
We ship most of our orders using USPS®.
Depending on your post office, shipments usually takes 3 to 4 days. Larger
Orders will ship via Fed-Ex Ground® Free Shipping Offer Does not
apply to Over Sized items such as airplanes or airplane
kits. Airplane kits shipping methods and any additional costs
will be included in the options portion of each item.

International shipping charges
will not calculate correctly on our website. When placing an
international order you must either send an email to sales@graysonhobby.com
with your complete order or add the correct international shipping amount
to your shopping cart before you check out. International orders are sent
USPS / EMS Priority Mail. Average delivery time is 6-10 days to your
receiving country, however customs delays varies from country to
country. Note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes,
which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for
customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges
and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country
to country; you should contact your local customs office for further
information.
SHIPPING DAMAGE/MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS IN YOUR
MAIL Notify us immediately about the damage or loss and we
will start the claim process. You will then be advised of the status of your
claim. In case an incorrect item been sent with your order, notify us
immediately upon receipt, We will resolve it on a case by case basis.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE We will accept defective
merchandise that was purchased from Grayson Hobby for refund or exchange under
the following conditions: Merchandise muse be returned within 30 days of
purchase. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Grayson Hobby in any
way. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original
package, and in resalable condition. Do not write anything on the package.
Installing radio parts in a model, cutting up balsa sheets in kits, installing
and using a battery, installing software or discarding the packing material are
some examples of what constitutes used merchandise. Servo returns must include
the complete unopened accessory package. Any servo return with an incomplete or
missing accessory package will not be exchanged or refunded. All returns must
include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
You must include a note with the reason for return or exchange or we will not
process your return. Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded at our
discretion.
