It just flies...every time! Review by djtim102
This is the first RC plane I've owned...a trainer toward the desire to get bigger, better, faster planes. But when planes I'm building struggle to get off the ground, this plane just flies!
Warning: if you try to fly this with over 12mph winds, it will be carried away and end up atop a 40-foot pine tree (this, I know). Or worse, it will disappear forever. It does NOT land itself (as Scott Burel claims). Cut the power and it will flutter away like a plastic Wal Mart bag in the wind. Perfectly calm is best (that's a rare day), but it is kind of fun to point it into a 10mph wind and get it to hover like a seagull! It is very controllable with just elevator and rudder and I love flying it low to the ground. Only complaint: it is SO light and SO SO fragile. The paper thin elevators could crack just from looking at them wrong. When you buy it (and I do recommend it), pick up about 4 extra batteries (about 12 minutes each), extra elevator/rudder, and extra landing gear. (Posted on 3/13/2016)
Super Basic Trainer Review by SandyGabby
Great little trainer. Can handle winds up to 7-8 mph. Very little space required to fly. Even after over 40 years of RC flying, I find this little plane a blast to fly. My grandson is 7 years old and was flying this plane after only three batteries. First thing I had to do before I would let him fly, was to convince him that there was no reset button on the transmitter. (Posted on 11/3/2015)
Very good plane Review by Sam Justice
I got this plane when I was 8 years old and it was a blast! It was very easy to controll after you get the hang of it. But I did have one problem with the controller it came with. The sticks would stab into my skin and after awhile it starts to hurt. But other rise its a great plane for begginers. So I highly reccomend this plane for young kids who are rookies or people who want to get into flying rc planes. (Posted on 9/27/2015)

This is an excelent trainer plane. I am getting back into RC airplanes afer about 30 yers of not flying. I bought a couple larger airplanes but kept crashing them. This plane is like the box says. It almost fly's itself. Very good trainer, and fun plane to fly. One recomendation get a couple batteries, one lasts 10 to 15 minutes depending on the power you decide to fly at... Review by Scott Burel
There are not enough stars for a true grade on this plane. As is states, it is a great trainer plane and even a blast for a person like myself that has 15+ years under my belt. It's well built and can take a beating. My 5yr old son actually owns this plane and he is day by day becoming more skilled with this plane. My biggest tip: If you get into trouble, kill the throttle and let go of the sticks. Like the manufacturer says, it will land itself. You can increase your performance and flight time by adding a few of the Grayson Hobby 150mah batteries to your flight box. (Posted on 12/30/2010)
