Tower Pro SG92R Carbon Gear Servo 5 Pack

Can not beat it for the money, More torque and faster speed than comparable 'nylon gear' servos. The TP SG92R has carbon gears which means lower price than metal gear, but better performance than nylon gears.

The TP SG92R Carbon FIber Gear sub micro servo is a great choice when you need the extra torque and security of metal gears. This servo is similar in size to the TP SG90, MG90S, and Hitec HS-55, but provides nearly much more torque. The TP SG92R has the universal "S" type connector that fits most receivers, including Futaba, JR, GWS, Cirrus, Blue Bird, Blue Arrow, Corona, Berg, Spektrum and Hitec.

  3. Work fine as the original pretty much
    Rating
They bolt up fine, it's just the supports don't fall in the same place as the original so the look is slightly different if you have some old guards on the quad. No big deal they work great.

  4. 5 pack Tower Pro SG92R all work fine

I tested all of them and put one in a plane. Seems like a nice upgrade from the SG90 at a small price difference. Stronger so I will try on a larger plane. Shipping was very prompt. Thanks Grayson!

  5. Great servo. Great price
    Rating
These carbon gear servos are a good substitute for high priced metal gear servos. And Grayson has the best prices on them this side of China.

  6. Five Pack of servos.

The SG92R is the latest Towerpro mini servo. Fast response with more power than the SG90. The five pack is an easy way to buy them.

  7. TP Carbon-Gear Servos
    Rating
The Tower-Pro Carbon-gear servos are a best buy for me. Heavier duty than the nylon gear and in my mind an equal to the metal gear for less $.
I use these in all my scratch-built park flyers and as replacements in my ARF's.

  9. Great fit for Bixler 2

Seems like they were custom made for Bixler 2. Just getting into RC and don't have the plane built yet but these servos appear to be top notch manufacture. Fast shipping.

I tested all.five. Most ok. A couple. A bit jittery. Installed one for elevator. Seems. Good. Too windy and cold. To fly last. Few days.

  12. Low price, poor quality

Three out of five failed immediately with erratic operation. They went in the trash. I cannot trust the other two in my aircraft.
