- Cool TransmitterAs a fixed wing flier, I purchased this radio to try and get away from the expensive proprietary radios systems such as Spektrum and Futaba. It is January here in Ohio, so I have not yet had any flying time with this radio but based on what I have experienced so far in learning the programming, and the other reviews, I am very pleased that I have made a good decision here. The guy's ay Greyson hobbies are the best. Great price on this radio and had it in three days!

- Unbelievable for the priceMy old faithful Futaba was getting a bit long in the tooth, full up with no more room, time for an update. The Radiomaster has two killer features, it will work with just about ANY receiver, and it can be backed up to PC for future problems, don't want to keep all my eggs in one transmitter. I now have 4 models programmed into my TX16 with no problems, not all that easy but with the help of YouTube, I got it done. Looking forward to about 8 more models to load in. I liked it enough to buy another identical transmitter as a backup. When fired up, it had issues, screen looked funny and no sound. I took the SD chip out, cleaned the contacts with an eraser, put it back in, all OK. It's sitting in its case now waiting to leap off the bench and save the day. This update started when a club member's Hitec transmitter went bad and Hitec couldn't fix it. He was DOWN, with every airplane on one system. Would you believe Hitec no longer makes ANY transmitter? It happens, all his stuff out of date. He finally found a replacement but it wasn't pleasant. Radiomaster appears to be higher quality than Spectrum at half the price. I built my first RC in 1962, so I've seen a lot of systems come and go. OPENTX (or similar) has the potential to become a standard, no more learning a new program with a new transmitter. Well, I can at least hope. Anyway, I satisfied for now.

- Good Stuff!I've used more than a couple other radios. This is by far the best in terms of feel and functionality for it's price point. It was actually recommended by one of the Grayson Hobby staff when I came in to purchase another radio I was set on. I'm glad I listened.
