- Back to the BoxI transitioned to game style radios a while back and really liked them, but realized that I had better control using a bigger radio with larger gimbals. I also got tired of waiting for CRSF receivers. So, I made the switch to the Boxer with built in ELRS. So far, I love the new radio with the improved authority resolution that comes with the bigger gimbals. IMHO, Radiomaster makes THE premiere radio for the hobby today, but I wanted the smaller form factor, and the Boxer was the perfect size. My main criticisms (minor) are that the sticks ends bite a little too much into the thumb, and the gimbals were too stiff. The stiffness is a personal preference, and I was able to loosen them up enough without changing the springs. Ending up replacing the stick ends (should not have had to do that). For the price, this is a great radio. It is now my daily flier.
