- Excellent 0 people found this helpfulI ordered the lipo alarm with the Wizard x220 and probably when packing my shipment the lipo alarm was forgotten to be put in. As we all know Grayson Hobby displays some outstanding customer service. I had emailed them stating that I had found a lipo alarm from a friend in the meanwhile but could they send me some props in exchange of the alarm and without hesitation my order was shipped out the next day. I have absolutely 0 complaints with Grayson Hobby, their staff and products.
