Very Good Radio 0 people found this helpful

This radio replaces my Jumper t12pro which i have used for my tiny whoops and indoor flying. Once I figured out binding all went well. My ELRS quads bound to this with out issue. I think the build quality on this better than my jumper, though now I am going to have to get a 4 in 1 box for Radio master or convert my small fleet. My jumper was never a good radio. I had boot issues with from the start and a broken switch (not from dropping) was the last straw. So the Radiomaster seems easy to use and even though it is EdgeTX the monocolor screen made the transition fairly easy.

Best radio for the money 0 people found this helpful

By far the best value as far as radios go, even better than the original TX12. It's literally a TX16S mk2 just in a smaller form, which really doesn't matter as far as I'm concerned. You can adapt to any radio grip and all that really matters is the internal performance. I'd recommend this to anyone!

This is like learning a whole new programing language. Hard to find model files that have already configured models. But for the price

Great form factor, low build quality 2 people found this helpful

I love the looks and form factor of this radio. I almost bought the Jumper T12 Pro just for the hall gimbals, but I liked the looks of the Radiomaster TX12 more. I hoped to update to the jumper hall gimbals, but they can't be found in stock anywhere on this side of the globe. As for build quality... I opened the TX12, and immediately dropped it from my lap, sitting down, to the carpet floor. One of the switches and the battery door broke off before I even had a chance to turn it on. It's small and slick plastic, so it can easily slip out of your hands. I ordered a Tweet FPV grip tape kit, which is an absolute must for this radio. It now feels much more secure to hold. I taped the battery door on, since you can charge the battery via USB, I won't need to open it often. Now I just need to replace the broken switch, and this will be a nice little radio. I will definitely buy the Pro model once it is available, as the gimbals are ok, but not as smooth as I am used to with hall gimbals.
