Drone Crashes and Warranty

Before any Race Drone / Quad Copter RTF is sent out, Grayson Hobby thoroughly tests, calibrate, tunes (where applicable). Grayson Hobby guarantees the all RTF to be free from defects in both material and workmanship at the date of purchase. This warranty does NOT cover any component(s) and or parts damaged by use or modifications or crashes. 99.99% crashes are pilot error, 100% on 1st flights. If you do not want to rebuild, then Free Style Racing Drone are not for you.

 Battery Balance plugs that are not properly secured will get cut off and is not covered under warranty.  If you have any questions, please do NOT fly your drone and contact us, we can point you to a manual or one of our 100s YouTube videos.  Once a Quad takes flight, we cannot accept for returns.  
 
We will gladly accept returns on Drones that have not flown, but please understand any software and labor is non refundable.  Labor Rate is $75 per quad and software is typically $15 per quad / drone.
 What if something does not fit or I change my mind?

You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from Grayson Hobby. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in and within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original package, and in resalable condition. Do not write anything on the package or product. Installing radio parts in a model, cutting up balsa sheets in kits, painting foam kits or any component, installing and using a battery, installing software or discarding the packing material are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise. Servo returns must include the complete unopened accessory package. Any servo return with an incomplete or missing accessory package will not be exchanged or refunded. Motors must include any mounting brackets, screws, and prop collets. Any motor returned with an incomplete accessory package will not be exchanged or refunded. If the item(s) meet these condition, a full refund, minus shipping costs, will be refunded to the billing party. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment and our RMA Form (click here). You must include your order number and a note with the reason for return or exchange or we will not process your return

If your item has been opened and you simply do not like the item(s), ordered the wrong item(s), or it just was not what you expected, a refund can be issued, minus shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee, as we are no longer able to sell the product as new. Again the item must be in brand new condition.
