Grayson Hobby Shipping Information

UPS orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be picked, packed, and shipped that same day. However, pickup times vary across all carriers, and we do not have control over these variations. All other orders (excluding international) typically ship within 24 hours. All parts orders over $99 receive FREE Standard Shipping*. Weekends are not shipping days.

Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or APOs.

UPS Ground

Large items that do not qualify for free shipping (such as airplanes, airplane kits, or toolboxes) ship via UPS Ground only. Shipping charges are calculated by UPS based on your shipping zip code and order weight. To estimate your shipping costs, visit www.ups.com/calculate.

Due to dimension and weight limitations set by UPS, exceptionally large or heavy orders may be subject to a freight charge. If your order exceeds standard shipping limitations, please call 678.682.9123 or email us for a shipping quote before placing your order. Weekend days are not included in transit times. All UPS shipments include tracking.

Note: Transit days for ground shipments are business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Transit times are approximate and not guaranteed.

UPS Air

If selecting UPS Air as your shipping method, UPS may require a signature for delivery, depending on your location. If no one is available to sign, UPS will not leave the package. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a business address or ensuring someone is available to sign. Grayson Hobby is not responsible for refunding UPS Air shipping charges due to failed delivery attempts.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday–Friday, will ship the same day. Weekend orders will ship on the next business day.

USPS Regular Mail - Economy 1st Class Mail

Typical delivery time is 4-10 business days, regardless of destination. This option is not insured and does not include tracking.

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, refuse the shipment if possible. If you discover damage after accepting delivery, you must immediately provide digital photos of the damaged box and shipping label. Send these images with your order number via email. USPS and UPS require proof of damage, and some claims may require returning the damaged items.

Important: Keep all packaging materials (box, peanuts, plastic bags, etc.). If any product is used or the packaging is discarded, it will void any reimbursement or replacement eligibility. If all conditions are met, Grayson Hobby will replace your damaged items at no cost to you.

Free Standard Shipping Details

Due to rising shipping costs, free shipping is limited to orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and must meet the following criteria:

Order total must be at least $99.
Package dimensions must not exceed 12" x 12" x 12".
Oversized items (such as airplane kits, toolboxes, or large batteries) do not qualify for free shipping.

Important: Lipo batteries must ship via UPS Ground. Shipping companies calculate fees based on both weight and volume. For example, a lightweight yet bulky package may be classified as oversized and incur additional costs.

Due to increasing carrier fees, shipments to certain West Coast locations (see map below) will incur an additional $10 surcharge. We do not inflate our product prices to offset shipping costs.

FPO/APO Addresses: Military addresses can only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
