Ended up breaking this one because I tightened it too much thinking that the other 4 lubes I bought couldn't be the problem. Which they were. You have to go to radiomasters website to get the lube.

Purchased a new TX16S from GetFPV and the pitch/roll gimbal was broken. Got a warranty replacement shipped from this place after talking to RadioMaster about it. Replacement works.

Received a faulty hall censor from a different retailer, Radiomaster contacted Grayson and within a few days had a new unit ready for install. Works great and grayson was very quick to respond and keep me updated on shipment.

good gimbal - i broke mine - or it came broke - not sure, either way its good
