Age Restrictions

Most products we sell are not intended for children under the age of 14 without adult supervision. This is a company policy designed to ensure safe usage and compliance with industry safety standards.

Drone Crashes and Warranty - RC Drones & FPV Racing

Before any Race Drone / Quad Copter RTF is sent out, Grayson Hobby thoroughly tests, calibrates, and tunes (where applicable). Grayson Hobby guarantees that all RTF units are free from defects in both material and workmanship at the date of purchase. This warranty does NOT cover any component(s) and/or parts damaged by use, modifications, or crashes, regardless of the skill level of the pilot. 99.99% of crashes are pilot error, and 100% occur on first flights. Freestyle racing drones require regular maintenance and rebuilding. If you prefer a low-maintenance option, consider other drone models.

Returns and Exchanges - RC Hobby Products

Products must be returned in the same condition they were received and within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging, and resalable.
Do not write anything on the package or product.
Certain modifications render an item ineligible for return.

Charges, Payment, & Backorders

Orders will only be charged for in-stock parts at the time of shipping.
Backordered items, tax, and fees will not be charged until shipment.
Pre-orders ship in their entirety; we do not ship partial orders.

Missing and Incorrect Items in Orders

Customers must report any missing or incorrect items within 10 days of receipt to ensure resolution. If you receive a missing or incorrect item, notify us immediately at graysonhobbyshop@gmail.com. We are not responsible for missing or damaged parts reported more than 10 days after receipt.

Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for crash damage. This includes any damage that occurs during flight. However, if a defect is discovered before the aircraft's first flight, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise purchased from Grayson Hobby may be returned for refund or exchange under certain conditions, including returning all accessories and providing an RMA form.

LiPo Battery Returns

Cut off the wires and take a photo of the battery with your name written on it in a permanent marker.
Submit the serial number from the pack.
Do NOT send back charged or puffed packs.

Shipping Policy (2025 Update) - Free Shipping on RC Planes

Free shipping is available on orders of $99 or more within the contiguous United States. International orders and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders shipping to the West Coast may incur an additional surcharge based on product size, particularly for large items like airplanes.
