- A good parallel charging board and GREAT Customer Service! This parallel charging adapter works perfectly and the price is right. The digital display didn't light up which is a manufacture's defect. No matter because Grayson appologized and shipped me a replacement as soon as I opened a support ticket! I opened a ticket with Grayson support (which was easy to do) and they immediately adapter. No fuss and no hassle. That's the kind of customer service I appreciate. Way to go Grayson!!
